Professional Background
Kyle Mikesh began his career in construction in 2007 as a painter, specializing in single family exterior painting. As his expertise grew so did his relationships with other trades who taught him their fields. While he fostered these relationships, he found his passion was in management where he could drive execution through organization, communication and leadership. To continue to grow, Kyle transitioned in residential property management in 2015 where he was responsible for the management of 150 multi-family properties over the course of his career. Kyle broadened his knowledge of the industry by working closely with home owners to ensure they received the best service possible at the best price available.
With Kyle’s knowledge gained by experience in the field and expertise in management, he is combining this knowledge to provide valuable insights and assistance to homeowners and property management companies to manage their construction projects effectively.
